Transeco Minerals and its broker The Gold Safe – Investment Fraud
I have been sent details of this investment fraud. Many of those affected are hoping for redress via their banks, who it is said, transferred money across to the investment when they knew it was suspicious.
While some have received money back from their bank, there is also a case versus the two entities, and directors. There also might be indemnity insurance in place under which to claim. Certainly, the regulators will be interested in enforcement action and holding the directors to account.
